Consolador
O Espírito Santo é o Consolador prometido por Jesus. Ele consola os aflitos, fortalece os fracos e nos assegura que nunca estaremos sós.
O Consolador prometido
Jesus prometeu: Eu rogarei ao Pai e Ele vos dará outro Consolador para que fique convosco para sempre.
16 "and I will pray the Father,
18 "I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you.
26 "But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything, and bring to your remembrance everything that I have told you.
26 "When the Comforter is come whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth who comes forth from the Father, he will bear witness of me;
7 "Yet - I am telling you the truth - my going is for your good. For unless I go away the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart I will send him unto you.
Consolo divino
Bendito seja o Deus de toda consolação. Ele nos consola em toda tribulação e enxuga toda lágrima de nossos olhos.
3 Thanks be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort,4 who ever comforts me in all my troubles, so that I may be continually able to comfort those who are in any trouble by the comfort with which God is ever comforting me.
5 For just as I have more than my share in the sufferings of the Christ, so also through the Christ I have more than my share of comfort.
5 Now the God of patience and of comfort grant you to be in full sympathy with one another, in accordance with the example of Jesus Christ;
16 They hunger no more, Neither thirst any more; Neither will the sun strike upon them, Nor any scorching heat;17 For the Lamb in the midst of the throne Will shepherd them, And will lead them to fountains of living water; And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
