O que a Bíblia diz sobre as crianças

A Bíblia apresenta as crianças como uma bênção e uma herança entregue por Deus, nunca como um fardo ou acidente. Mais do que isso, Jesus coloca os pequenos no centro da fé: a confiança sincera de uma criança é o padrão para quem deseja entrar no Reino dos Céus.

Filhos como bênção e presente de Deus

Cada vida que chega é fruto do cuidado do Criador. Os filhos não pertencem aos pais por posse, mas são confiados à família como uma responsabilidade sagrada que traz alegria ao lar.

3 Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.(Tehillim - Psalms 127:3)

13 For youi have possessed my reins (literally, kidneys; figuratively, seat of emotion): youi have covered me in my mother’s womb.

14 I will praise youi; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvelous [are] youri works; and [that] my soul knows right well.(Tehillim - Psalms 139:13,14)

12 That our sons [may be] as plants grown up in their youth; [that] our daughters [may be] as corner stones, polished [after] the similitude of a palace:(Tehillim - Psalms 144:12)

6 Children’s children [are] the crown of old men; and the glory of children [are] their fathers.(Mishlei - Proverbs 17:6)

Jesus e o acolhimento aos pequenos

14 Yeshua [God is Salvation] said to them: "Permit the children to come to me and do not restrain them, for the Kingdom of heaven is theirs. Truly I say to you that one will not enter the Kingdom of heaven except he shall be like these".(Gosel 19:14)

13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and [his] disciples rebuked those that brought [them].

14 But when Yeshua [God is Salvation] saw [it], he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer (allow, to let, permit) the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God-Theos.(Mark 10:13,14)

Instrução e ensino no caminho certo

Educar uma criança na fé não depende de discursos longos, mas da presença intencional no dia a dia. Ensinar os mandamentos de Deus no cotidiano protege o coração dos filhos antes que o mundo dite seus valores.

6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.(Mishlei - Proverbs 22:6)

6 And these words, which I command youi this day, shall be in youi heart:

7 And youi shall teach them diligently unto youi children, and shall talk of them when youi sit in youi house, and when youi walk by the way, and when youi lay down, and when youi rise up.(Deuteronomy 6:6,7)

1 My son, forget not my law; but let youi heart keep my commandments:

2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to youi.(Mishlei - Proverbs 3:1,2)

4 He taught me also, and said unto me, Let youi heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.

11 Come, you2f children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate].(Tehillim - Psalms 34:11)

9 BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed [thereto] according to youri word.(Tehillim - Psalms 119:9)

Disciplina com amor e sem exasperar

A correção bíblica busca direcionar o coração para a sabedoria, e não descarregar a frustração dos adultos. O limite estabelecido com paciência ensina discernimento e segurança emocional.

15 Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.(Mishlei - Proverbs 22:15)

24 He that spares his rod hates his son: but he that loves him chastens him early.(Mishlei - Proverbs 13:24)

15 The rod and reproof (rebuke; scolding) give wisdom: but a child left [to himself] brings his mother to shame.(Mishlei - Proverbs 29:15)

13 Withhold not correction from the child: for [if] youi beat him with the rod, he shall not die.(Mishlei - Proverbs 23:13)

12 For whom the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] loves he corrects; even as a father the son [in whom] he delights.(Mishlei - Proverbs 3:12)

21 Fathers, provoke not your children [to anger], lest they be discouraged.(Colossians 3:21)

11 Now no chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.(Hebrews 12:11)

Obediência aos pais e a promessa de vida

A obediência aos pais é a primeira escola de relacionamento de uma criança. Honrar a família gera respeito à autoridade e traz estabilidade e maturidade para toda a vida adulta.

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord - Kurios: for this is right.

2 Honour youri father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

3 That it may be well with youi, and youi may live long on the earth.(Ephesians 6:1-3)

20 Children, obey [your] parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord - Kurios.(Colossians 3:20)

1 A wise son [hears] his father’s instruction: but a scorner hears not rebuke (reprimand; strongly warn; restrain).(Mishlei - Proverbs 13:1)

5 A fool despises his father’s instruction: but he that regards reproof (rebuke; scolding) is prudent.(Mishlei - Proverbs 15:5)

11 Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work [be] pure, and whether [it be] right.(Mishlei - Proverbs 20:11)

22 Hearken unto youi father that begat (to be father of; be ancestor of) youi, and despise not youi mother when she is old.

23 Buy the truth, and sell [it] not; [also] wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.(Mishlei - Proverbs 23:22,23)

O legado da fé para as próximas gerações

O maior patrimônio que pais e responsáveis deixam não são bens materiais, mas o testemunho vivo de fidelidade a Deus. Transmitir o que o Senhor fez constrói raízes firmes para as gerações que virão.

4 We will not hide [them] from their children, showing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and his strength, and his wonderful works that he has done.

5 For he established a testimony in Ya’akov [Heel of God], and appointed a law in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God], which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

6 That the generation to come might know [them, even] the children [which] should be born; [who] should arise and declare [them] to their children:

7 That they might set their hope in God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and not forget the works of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], but keep his commandments:(Tehillim - Psalms 78:4-7)

46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which you2f shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

47 For it [is] not a vain thing for you; because it [is] your life: and through this thing you2f shall prolong [your] days in the land, to which you2f go over Yarden [Descender] to possess it.(Deuteronomy 32:46,47)

13 And all youri children [shall be] taught of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); and great [shall be] the peace of youri children.(Isaiah 54:13)

15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yes, they may forget, yet will I not forget youi.

16 Behold, I have graven youi upon the palms of [my] hands; youri walls [are] continually before me.(Isaiah 49:15,16)
