34 And, calling near the multitude with his disciples, he said unto themIf anyone willeth, after me, to come, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and be following me.

31 The second, is, thisThou shalt love, thy neighbour, as thyself. Greater than these, other commandment, is there none.

20 With Christ, have I been crucified; and, living no longer, am, I, but, living in me, is, Christ,while, so far as I now do live in flesh, by faith, I liveThe faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up in my behalf.

3 Nothing by way of faction, nothing by way of vain-glory,but, in lowliness of mind, accounting, one another, superior to yourselves,

24 But, for no cause whatever, am I making my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I have received from the Lord Jesus, to bear full witness as to the good news of the favour of God.

24 Let, no one, be seeking, what concerneth himself, but that which concerneth some one else.

4 Love, is patient, is gracious. Love, is not envious, vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,5 Acteth not unbecomingly, seeketh not her own things, is not easily provoked, imputeth not that which is base,

18 Let no one be deceiving himself:if anyone imagineth himself to be wise among you, in this age, let him become foolish, that he may become wise;

2 Let, each one of us, unto his neighbour give pleasurefor what is good unto upbuilding;

25 The liberal soul, shall he enriched, and, he that refresheth, shall himself also be refreshed.

2 A dullard, delighteth not, in understanding, in nothing save the exposing of his own heart.

36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not unto unjust gain.

16 For, where jealousy and rivalry are, there, are anarchy and every ignoble deed.
