O Espírito Santo é a terceira pessoa da Trindade — Consolador, Mestre e Poder. Ele convence do pecado, guia em toda verdade, distribui dons e produz frutos na vida do cristão.
O Consolador prometido
Jesus prometeu enviar o Consolador — o Espírito da Verdade — que estaria para sempre com os discípulos e os guiaria em toda verdade.
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;

[Even] the Spirit [Ruach] of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you2f know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

At that day you2f shall know that I [am] in my Father, and you2f in me, and I in you.
He that has my commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Y’hudah [praised] says unto him, not From K’riot [cities], Lord - Kurios, how is it that youi will manifest yourself unto us, and not unto the world?
Yeshua [God is Salvation] answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
He that loves me not keeps not my sayings: and the word which you2f hear is not my, but the Father’s which sent me.
These things have I spoken unto you, being [yet] present with you.
But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh], whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation].
And when Sha’ul [desired] had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] came on them; and they spoke with tongues (foreign languages), and prophesied.
Dons do Espírito
A cada um é concedida a manifestação do Espírito para o bem de todos. Os dons são diversos, mas o Espírito é o mesmo.

But all these works that one and the selfsame Spirit [Ruach], expounding (dissecting) to every man severally as he will.
For what reason I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father calls Yeshua [God is Salvation] accursed: and [that] no man can say that Yeshua [God is Salvation] is the Lord - Kurios, but by the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].
What? know you2f not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] [which is] in you, which you2f have of God-The Father, and you2f are not your own?
For you2f are bought with a price: therefore glorify God-The Father in your body, and in your Spirit [Ruach], which are God-The Father’s.
Know you2f not that you2f are the temple of God-The Father, and [that] the Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father dwells in you?
For what man knows the things of a man, save the Spirit [Ruach] of man which is in him? even so the things of God-The Father knows no man, but the Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father.
Fruto do Espírito
O fruto do Espírito é amor, alegria, paz, paciência, bondade, fidelidade, mansidão e domínio próprio.
But the fruit of the Spirit [Ruach] is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, self-control: against such there is no law.

And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of God-The Father is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] which is given unto us.
For the kingdom of God-The Father is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].
Now the God-The Father of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you2f may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].

O Espírito nos capacita
O Espírito intercede por nós, batiza e capacita para o serviço. Ele é poder para a missão e conforto na aflição.
How much more shall the blood of Moshiach [Messiah], who through the eternal Spirit [Ruach] offered himself without spot to God-The Father, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God-The Father?
But you2f, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh],
Keep yourselves in the love of God-The Father, looking for the mercy of our Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah] unto eternal life.
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God-The Father spoke [as they were] moved by the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].
While he thought on this matter in his heart, behold an angel appeared to him in a dream and said: "Yosef [he will add] ben David [Beloved] do not fear to take Miryam [waters of strength] as your wife because she is with Child by Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit [Ruach])".
"When they seize you, do not consider what you will say, because in the hour that you are in need an answer will come to you".
"It will not be you who speak, but Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit [Ruach]) of my Father will speak through you".
"Also, I say to you, if two of you wish to make peace on earth, everything which you ask will be yours from my Father Who is in heaven".
"In every place where two or three are gathered together in my name there am I in their midst".
"Go and make disciples, of all the nations, to believe in my name"
"and teach them to observe all the words which I have commanded you, forever".
But when they shall lead [you], and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what you2f shall speak, neither do you2f premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak you2f: for it is not you2f that speak, but the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].
Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Yeshua [God is Salvation] also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
And the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, youi are my beloved Son; in youi I am well pleased.

If you2f then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit [Ruach] to them that ask him?
