Estudar a Bíblia

Por Bíblia Online

Estudar a Bíblia é mergulhar na mente de Deus. A Palavra é lâmpada para os pés, espada do Espírito e alimento para a alma. O cristão que estuda cresce em sabedoria e maturidade.

A importância do estudo

Os bereanos eram mais nobres porque examinavam as Escrituras diariamente. Estudar a Bíblia é mandamento e privilégio.

These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily tofindout whether these things were so.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

Meditar e guardar

Não se aparte a lei do Senhor da tua boca. Medita nela de dia e de noite para que cumpras tudo o que nela está escrito.

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Your word is a lamp to my feet

And a light to my path.

Oh, how I love Your law!

It is my meditation all the day.

You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies;

For they are ever with me.

I have more understanding than all my teachers,

For Your testimonies are my meditation.

How can a young man cleanse his way?

By taking heed according to Your word.

With my whole heart I have sought You;

Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!

Your word I have hidden in my heart,

That I might not sin against You.

Blessed are You, O Lord!

Teach me Your statutes.

With my lips I have declared

All the judgments of Your mouth.

I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,

As muchas in all riches.

I will meditate on Your precepts,

And contemplate Your ways.

I will delight myself in Your statutes;

I will not forget Your word.

ג Gimel

I will praise You with uprightness of heart,

When I learn Your righteous judgments.

Estudo diligente

Esdras preparou o coração para buscar e ensinar a lei. O estudo exige disciplina, constância e coração aberto.

On the first day of the first month he began his journey from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month he came to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him. For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.

"And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

"Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, from theonebefore the priests, the Levites. And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the Lord his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes, that his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right hand or to the left, and that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel.

The Beginning of Knowledge

The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel:

To know wisdom and instruction,

To perceive the words of understanding,

To receive the instruction of wisdom,

Justice, judgment, and equity;

To give prudence to the simple,

To the young man knowledge and discretion

A wise man will hear and increase learning,

And a man of understanding will attain wise counsel,

To understand a proverb and an enigma,

The words of the wise and their riddles.

Guidance for the Young

My son, do not forget my law,

But let your heart keep my commands;

For length of days and long life

And peace they will add to you.

Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go;

Keep her, for she is your life.

For the commandment is a lamp,

And the law a light;

Reproofs of instruction are the way of life,

Proteção e crescimento

Quem ignora a Palavra perece. Toda Escritura é útil — crescei na graça e no conhecimento do nosso Senhor.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Because you have rejected knowledge,

I also will reject you from being priest for Me;

Because you have forgotten the law of your God,

I also will forget your children.

To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, itis because there is no light in them.

Jesus answered and said to them, "Are you not therefore mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures nor the power of God?

For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.

You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace thatwouldcome to you, searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
