Generosidade
A generosidade é marca do caráter de Deus e vocação do cristão. Deus ama ao que dá com alegria. Quem semeia generosamente, generosamente colherá.
Dar com alegria
Deus ama ao que dá com alegria. Cada um contribua segundo propôs no coração — não com tristeza ou por necessidade.
7 Each one, according as he hath purposed in his heart, not sorrowfully, nor of necessity,for, a cheerful giver, God, loveth.

Quem dá aos pobres empresta ao Senhor. A generosidade abre portas de bênção sobre quem dá e sobre quem recebe.

Dai e dar-se-vos-á. A quem te pedir, dá. O que fizestes a um destes mais pequeninos, a mim o fizestes.

Generosidade de Deus
Se Deus dá sabedoria generosamente a quem pede, quanto mais nos dará Ele forças e suprimento em toda necessidade?
5 But, if any of you is sinning short of wisdom, let him be asking of God, Who giveth unto all freely and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him;
15 If, a brother or sister, should be naked, and coming short of the daily food,16 And one from among you should say unto themWithdraw in peace, be getting warmed and fed, but should not give them the things needful for the body, What the profit?17 So, also, faith, if it have not works, is dead, by itself.
29 Giving to him that fainteth, strength, And to him that hath no vigour, he causeth, power to abound?
5 Well for a man showing favour and lending! He shall sustain his affairs with justice.
