Let your gentle spirit be known to all people. The Lord is near.(Philippians 4:5)

So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, andpatience;(Colossians 3:12)

A gentle answer turns away wrath,

But a harsh word stirs up anger.(Proverbs 15:1)

Pleasant words are a honeycomb,

Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.(Proverbs 16:24)

Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. Your speech must always bewith grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.(Colossians 4:5,6)

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.(Galatians 5:22,23)

So then, while we have opportunity, let’s do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.(Galatians 6:10)

Let love of the brothers and sisters continue. Do not neglect hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.(Hebrews 13:1,2)

Therefore let’s not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this: not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother’s or sister’s way.(Romans 14:13)

‘You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may certainly rebuke your neighbor, but you are not to incur sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor hold any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.(Leviticus 19:17,18)

"This is what the Lord of armies has said: ‘Dispense true justice and practice kindness and compassion each to his brother; and do not oppress the widow or the orphan, the stranger or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.’(Zechariah 7:9,10)

Truly, truly I say to you, the one who receives anyone I send, receives Me; and the one who receives Me receives Him who sent Me."(John 13:20)
