A gratidão ao Senhor é resposta de amor diante da bondade divina. Louvar a Deus com cântico e magnificá-lo com ação de graças — isso é o que agrada ao Senhor.
Agradecer ao Senhor
Deus transformou nosso lamento em dança. Ele é digno de toda gratidão, em todo tempo e em toda circunstância.
11 You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,12 that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent. LORD my God, I will praise you forever.
30 I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
4 But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, "The LORD is great!"
Gratidão constante
Em tudo dai graças. Tudo o que Deus criou é bom, quando recebido com ação de graças e paz no coração.
18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
4 For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,5 because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.
15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
