A gratidão ao Senhor é resposta de amor diante da bondade divina. Louvar a Deus com cântico e magnificá-lo com ação de graças — isso é o que agrada ao Senhor.
Agradecer ao Senhor
Deus transformou nosso lamento em dança. Ele é digno de toda gratidão, em todo tempo e em toda circunstância.
11 Thou hast turned my mourning to dancing for me, Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, And girdest me [with] joy.12 So that honour doth praise Thee, and is not silent, O Jehovah, my God, to the age I thank Thee!
30 I praise the name of God with a song, And I magnify Him with thanksgiving,
4 Enter ye His gates with thanksgiving, His courts with praise, Give ye thanks to Him, bless ye His Name.
4 Let all those seeking Thee joy and be glad in Thee, And let those loving Thy salvation Say continually, God is magnified.
Gratidão constante
Em tudo dai graças. Tudo o que Deus criou é bom, quando recebido com ação de graças e paz no coração.
18 in every thing give thanks, for this [is] the will of God in Christ Jesus in regard to you.
4 because every creature of God [is] good, and nothing [is] to be rejected, with thanksgiving being received,5 for it is sanctified through the word of God and intercession.
15 and let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also ye were called in one body, and become thankful.
9 And I -- with a voice of thanksgiving -- I sacrifice to Thee, That which I have vowed I complete, Salvation [is] of Jehovah.
