Livramento
Deus é o grande Libertador. Através da Bíblia, vemos Deus livrando seu povo de inimigos, de perigos e da morte. Quem clama ao Senhor, Ele ouve e liberta.
Deus ouve e livra
Clamaram ao Senhor na sua tribulação, e Ele os livrou das suas angústias. O Senhor é refúgio e a salvação dos que nele confiam.
17 (34:18) Those cry, and the Lord heareth, and from all their distresses he delivereth them.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him: with him will I be in distress; I will deliver him, and grant him honor.
2 I will say of the Lord, who is my refuge and my stronghold, my God, in whom I ever trust,3 That he will surely deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the pestilence of destruction.
20 (68:21) Our God is to us the God of salvation: and by the Eternal the Lord are the escapes from death.
13 (56:14) For thou hast delivered my soul from deathyea, behold, my feet from slipping, that I may walk before God in the light of the life.
4 Release the poor and needy: deliver them out of the power of the wicked.
13 (40:14) Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me; O Lord, hasten to my help.
6 For this shall every pious one pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely then when great waters overflow, they shall never reach unto him.
Livramento poderoso
Deus livrou Daniel dos leões, os jovens hebreus do fogo e Israel do Egito. Seu braço não é curto para salvar.
17 Behold, there is our God whom we worship, he is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace: and out of thy hand, O king, will he deliver us.18 But if not, then be it known unto thee, O king, that thy god will we not worship, and to the golden image which; thou hast set up will we not bow ourselves.
18 He delivered me from my enemy, the strong, from those that hated me, when they were too mighty for me.
14 And they placed themselves in the midst of that piece of ground, and they delivered it, and smote the Philistines: and the Lord helped them with a great victory.
23 (22:22) If thou afflict him in any wise; for if he cry at all unto me, I will surely hear his cry:
13 Yea, from the first day am I he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: if I will work, is there one that can hinder it?
Redenção e restauração
Todo aquele que invocar o nome do Senhor será salvo. Deus livra do pecado, da morte e de todo mal aqueles que se humilham diante dele.
14 And if my people, over whom my name is called, do then humble themselves, and pray, and seek my presence, and turn away from their evil ways: then will I also hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
26 He will offer his entreaty unto God, and he will receive him in favor, that he may see his face with joy: so doth He recompense unto the mortal his righteousness.
