Mãe
Ser mãe exige uma força que muitas vezes parece vir de um lugar invisível. As Escrituras conhecem bem o peso e a beleza desse papel. Deus olha para o seu trabalho diário com carinho e reconhece cada renúncia que você faz nos bastidores do lar. Quando faltar direção ou o coração precisar de refrigério, encontre nas palavras sagradas o lembrete de que você não caminha sozinha nesta jornada.
A mãe é honrada na Bíblia como pilar da família. Seu amor incondicional, sua sabedoria e sua dedicação são celebrados como reflexo do próprio amor de Deus por seus filhos.
O amor de mãe
Pode uma mãe esquecer-se do filho do seu ventre? Ainda que ela se esquecesse, Deus nunca nos abandona. O amor materno reflete o divino.
As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you, and ye shall be comforted in Ierusalem.(Isaiah 66:13)

Honrar a mãe
Honra teu pai e tua mãe. A mulher virtuosa é digna de louvor — seus filhos se levantam e a chamam bem-aventurada.
Honour thy father and thy mother, that thy dayes may be prolonged vpon the land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee.(Exodus 20:12)
