Mudança
A mudança é constante na vida, mas Deus é imutável. A Bíblia nos ensina a abraçar a transformação espiritual enquanto confiamos no Deus que é o mesmo ontem, hoje e sempre.
Deus é imutável
Jesus Cristo é o mesmo ontem, hoje e para sempre. Deus não muda — Ele é a rocha firme em meio às mudanças constantes da vida.
6 For I the Lord,I have not changed: and ye sons of Jacobye have not ceased to be.
Transformação em Cristo
Se alguém está em Cristo, é nova criação. Somos transformados de glória em glória à imagem do Senhor pelo poder do Espírito.
Arrependimento como mudança
Arrependei-vos, pois, e convertei-vos. O arrependimento é a mudança mais radical — da morte para a vida, do pecado para a graça.
Tempos e ciclos
Para tudo há uma estação e um tempo para cada propósito debaixo do céu. Deus faz novas todas as coisas no tempo certo.
1 For every thing there is a season; and a proper time is for every pursuit under the heavens.
4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh; but the earth endureth for ever.5 The sun also riseth, and the sun goeth down, and striving to reach his place he riseth again there.6 Going toward the south, and turning round toward the north, the wind moveth round about continually; and around its circles doth the wind return again.7 All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is never full: unto the place whither the rivers go, thither will they continue to go.
9 That which hath been, is the same which will be; and that which hath been done, is the same which will be done; and there is nothing new under the sun.10 If there be any thing whereof it is said, See, this is new: It hath already been in olden times which were before us.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now shall it spring forth; will ye not acknowledge it? I will even make in the wilderness a way, and in the desert rivers.
