Mudança
A mudança é constante na vida, mas Deus é imutável. A Bíblia nos ensina a abraçar a transformação espiritual enquanto confiamos no Deus que é o mesmo ontem, hoje e sempre.
Deus é imutável
Jesus Cristo é o mesmo ontem, hoje e para sempre. Deus não muda — Ele é a rocha firme em meio às mudanças constantes da vida.
8 Jesus Christ yesterday and to-day the same, and to the ages;
17 every good giving, and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the lights, with whom is no variation, or shadow of turning;
31 the heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Transformação em Cristo
Se alguém está em Cristo, é nova criação. Somos transformados de glória em glória à imagem do Senhor pelo poder do Espírito.
17 so that if any one is in Christ -- he is a new creature; the old things did pass away, lo, become new have the all things.
18 and we all, with unveiled face, the glory of the Lord beholding in a mirror, to the same image are being transformed, from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

2 beloved, now, children of God are we, and it was not yet manifested what we shall be, and we have known that if he may be manifested, like him we shall be, because we shall see him as he is;
21 who shall transform the body of our humiliation to its becoming conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working of his power, even to subject to himself the all things.
51 lo, I tell you a secret; we indeed shall not all sleep, and we all shall be changed;52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trumpet, for it shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we -- we shall be changed:
Arrependimento como mudança
Arrependei-vos, pois, e convertei-vos. O arrependimento é a mudança mais radical — da morte para a vida, do pecado para a graça.
8 Bear, therefore, fruits worthy of the reformation,
3 No -- I say to you, but, if you may not reform, all you even so shall perish.
19 reform you, therefore, and turn back, for your sins being blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,
Tempos e ciclos
Para tudo há uma estação e um tempo para cada propósito debaixo do céu. Deus faz novas todas as coisas no tempo certo.
3 this first knowing, that there shall come in the latter end of the days scoffers, according to their own desires going on,4 and saying, 'Where is the promise of his presence? for since the fathers did fall asleep, all things so remain from the beginning of the creation;'5 for this is unobserved by them willingly, that the heavens were of old, and the earth out of water and through water standing together by the word of God,6 through which the then world, by water having been deluged, was destroyed;7 and the present heavens and the earth, by the same word are treasured, for fire being kept to a day of judgment and destruction of the impious men.
