Namoro e sexo
Namoro e sexo são temas que a Bíblia trata com clareza e sem tabus. Deus criou o sexo como bênção dentro do casamento e nos chama à pureza fora dele.
Pureza sexual
A vontade de Deus é a santificação. Cada um saiba controlar seu próprio corpo em santidade e honra, não na paixão do desejo.
3 For, this, is a thing willed of God, your sanctification,that ye should abstain from unchastity,4 That ye should know, each one of you, how, of his own vessel, to possess himself in sanctification and honour:5 Not with a passion of coveting,just as even the nations who know not God,
13 Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods; but, God, will set aside, both it and them. The body, however, is not for fornication, but, for the Lord,and, the Lord, for the body.
3 And, whosoever hath this hope on him, is purifying himself, just as, He, is pure.
Arrependimento e restauração
Bem-aventurado aquele cujo pecado é perdoado. Deus restaura os que se arrependem e cria neles um coração limpo e renovado.
1 How happy is he whose transgression is forgiven! whose sin is pardoned!2 How happy the son of earth, to whom Yahweh will not reckon iniquity! and in whose spirit is no guile!3 When I kept silence, my bones became worn out, Through my groaning all the day;4 For, day and night, heavy upon me, was thy hand,Changed was my life-sap into the drought of summer. Selah.5 My sin, would I own unto thee, and, mine iniquity, not hide, I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Yahweh, And, thou, didst forgive the iniquity of my sin. Selah.6 For this cause, will every man of lovingkindness pray unto thee, in time to obtain,Surely, in the overflow of many waters, unto him, shall they not reach.
2 Thoroughly wash me from mine iniquity, And, from my sin, make me pure;3 For, my transgressions, do, I, acknowledge, And, my sin, is before me continually:4 Against theeagainst thee alone, have I sinned, And, wickednessin thine eyes, have I done,That thou mayest, Be justified when thou speakest,Be clear when thou judgest.
7 Wilt thou cleanse me from sin with hyssop, That I may be pure? Wilt thou wash me, That I may be whiter, than snow?8 Wilt thou cause me to hear joy and gladness? The bones thou hast crushed would exult.9 Hide thy face from my sins,And, all mine iniquities, blot out;10 A pure heart, create for me, O God, And, a steadfast spirit, renew within me.11 Do not cast me away from thy presence, And, thy Holy Spirit, do not take from me:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, And, with a willing spirit, wilt thou uphold me:
