1. Profecia de Isaías 7:14:
Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Listen carefully, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will call his name Immanuel (God with us). [Is 9:6; Jer 31:22; Mic 5:3-5; Matt 1:22, 23]
Esta profecia foi cumprida com o nascimento virginal de Jesus, como descrito em Mateus 1:23.
"Behold, thevirgin shall be with child and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel"—which, when translated, means, "God with us." [Is 7:14]
2. Profecia de Miquéias 5:2:
Jesus nasceu em Belém, cumprindo esta profecia.
"But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Too little to be among the clans of Judah;
From you One shall come forth for Me [who is] to be Ruler in Israel,
His goings forth (appearances) are from long ago,
From ancient days." [Gen 49:10; Matt 2:5-12; John 7:42]
3. Profecia de Jeremias 31:15:
Thus says the Lord,
"A voice is heard in Ramah,
Lamentation (songs of mourning) and bitter weeping.
Rachel (Israel) is weeping for her children;
She refuses to be comforted for her children,
Because they are gone." [Matt 2:18]
Cumprida quando Herodes ordenou a matança dos meninos em Belém (Mateus 2:18).
"A voice was heard inRamah,
Weeping and great mourning,
Rachel weeping for her children;
She refused to be comforted,
Because they were no more." [Jer 31:15]
