A Palavra é Deus encarnado.
1 In the beginning was the Word, (o. logos) and the Word (o. logos) was with God, and the Word (o. logos) was God.
1 In the beginning was the Word, (o. logos) and the Word (o. logos) was with God, and the Word (o. logos) was God.
14 And the Word (o. logos) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
14 And the Word (o. logos) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word (o. rhema) of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word (o. rhema) of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
A Palavra é viva e eficaz
Ela julga pensamentos e intenções do coração, transforma e liberta.
12 For the word (o. logos) of God is active, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, (o. pneuma) and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
12 For the word (o. logos) of God is active, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, (o. pneuma) and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
29 Is not my word like a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, (o. pneuma) which is the word (o. rhema) of God:
Toda Escritura é inspirada
Toda a Escritura é inspirada por Deus e útil para ensino, correção e instrução na justiça. Ela é perfeita e imutável.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
105 Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
105 Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
130 The entrance of your words gives light; it gives understanding unto the simple.
89 For ever, O LORD, your word is settled in heaven.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to your word.
11 Your word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against you.
160 Your word is true from the beginning: and every one of your righteous judgments endures for ever.
Obedecer a Palavra
22 But be all of you doers of the word, (o. logos) and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
22 But be all of you doers of the word, (o. logos) and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
22 But be all of you doers of the word, (o. logos) and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.23 For if any be a hearer of the word, (o. logos) and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:24 For he beholds himself, and goes his way, and immediately forgets what manner of man he was.
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and abundance of evil, and receive with meekness the implanted word, (o. logos) which is able to save your souls.
24 Therefore whosoever hears these sayings (o. logos) of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word (o. rhema) that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word (o. rhema) that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word (o. logos) of God, and keep it.
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word (o. rhema) of God.
36 And they were all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word (o. logos) is this! for with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, (o. pneuma) and they come out.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words (o. logos) shall not pass away.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words (o. logos) shall not pass away.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
4 For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
4 For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
6 For the LORD gives wisdom: out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
6 For the LORD gives wisdom: out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
O poder da Palavra
A Palavra transforma, sara e liberta.
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If all of you continue in my word, (o. logos) then are all of you my disciples indeed;
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If all of you continue in my word, (o. logos) then are all of you my disciples indeed;32 And all of you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, (o. logos) he shall never see death.
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, (o. logos) and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: (o. logos) and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
3 Now all of you are clean through the word (o. logos) which I have spoken unto you.
17 Sanctify them through your truth: your word (o. logos) is truth.
22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word (o. logos) which Jesus had said.
41 And many more believed because of his own word; (o. logos)
38 He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.
16 Your words were found, and I did eat them; and your word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by your name, O LORD God of hosts.
9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in yours heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.10 For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
4 In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
35 You have also given me the shield of your salvation: and your right hand has held me up, and your gentleness has made me great.36 You have enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.
12 What man is he that desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?13 Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking guile.
3 And he humbled you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.
2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that all of you may grow thereby:
1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, (o. agape) if any fellowship of the Spirit, (o. pneuma) if any bowels and mercies,2 Fulfill all of you my joy, that all of you be likeminded, having the same love, (o. agape) being of one accord, of one mind.3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.9 Wherefore God also has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.12 Wherefore, my beloved, as all of you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.13 For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:15 That all of you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom all of you shine as lights in the world;16 Holding forth the word (o. logos) of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.17 Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.18 For the same cause also do all of you joy, and rejoice with me.19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.20 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.22 But all of you know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he has served with me in the gospel.23 Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.24 But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.25 Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.26 For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that all of you had heard that he had been sick.27 For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.28 I sent him therefore the more carefully, that, when all of you see him again, all of you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.29 Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and hold such in reputation:30 Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.
18 There is that speaks like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health.
25 Heaviness in the heart of man makes it stoop: but a good word makes it glad.
11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.
1 A soft answer turns away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
20 A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word (o. rhema) that men shall speak, they shall give account (o. logos) thereof in the day of judgment.37 For by your words (o. logos) you shall be justified, and by your words (o. logos) you shall be condemned.
34 O generation of vipers, how can all of you, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, (o. logos) the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
3 Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.4 Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, anywhere the governor decides.5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindles!6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed of mankind:8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word (o. rhema) of God.18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words (o. rhema) unto the ends of the world.
