4 Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

1 [A Psalm] of David. Yahweh is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

9 Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed, A high tower in times of trouble;

4 One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after; That I may dwell in the house of Yahweh all the days of my life, To see the beauty of Yahweh, And to inquire in his temple.5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me secretly in his pavilion: In the covert of his tabernacle he will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.

5 For you are my hope, O Sovereign Yahweh: [You are] my trust from my youth.

8 And Yahweh, it is he who goes before you; he will be with you, he will not fail you, neither forsake you: don't be afraid, neither be dismayed.

22 You{} will not fear them; for Yahweh your{} God, it is he who fights for you{}.

9 Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; don't be frightened, neither be dismayed: for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.

11 So that he sets up on high those who are low, And those who mourn are exalted to safety.

16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,

4 how he entered into the house of God, and they ate the showbread, which it was not lawful for him to eat, neither for those who were with him, but only for the priests?

6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you{} in due time;7 casting all your{} anxiety on him, because he cares for you{}.

17 Show me a token for good, That those who hate me may see it, and be put to shame, Because you, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.

76 Let, I pray you, your loving-kindness be for my comfort, According to your word to your slave.

24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid: Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet.

1 For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:2 a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;3 a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;6 a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;7 a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silent, and a time to speak;8 a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.
