9 And Jesus said to him, Receive your sight; your faith has made you whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed him.
25 Save now, we urge you, O Yahweh: O Yahweh, we urge you, send now prosperity.26 Blessed be he who comes in the name of Yahweh: We have blessed you{} out of the house of Yahweh.
9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: look, your king comes to you; he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on a donkey, even on a colt the son of a donkey.
18 For as the lightning comes forth from the east, and is seen even to the west; so will be the coming of the Son of Man.19 Wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
A paixão de Cristo
Jesus foi zombado, açoitado e crucificado. Ele orou no Getsêmani e entregou sua vida voluntariamente, dizendo: 'Está consumado!'
28 and saying, You who destroy the temple, and build it in three days: save yourself, if you are the Son of God, and come down from the cross.29 In like manner also the chief priests mocking [him], with the scribes and elders, said,
37 And the rest said, Let [him] be; let us see whether Elijah comes to save him.
36 And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible to you; remove this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what you will.
46 And Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, Father, into your hands I commend my spirit: and having said this, he gave up the ghost.
30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and delivered up his spirit.
A ressurreição gloriosa
Ele não está aqui — ressuscitou! O túmulo vazio é a prova de que a morte foi derrotada e Cristo vive para sempre.
5 And they departed quickly from the tomb with fear, and fled.
6 And he says to them, Don't be amazed: you{} seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified: he is risen; he is not here: look, the place where they laid him!
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spoke to you{} when he was yet in Galilee,7 saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
8 Then entered in therefore the other disciple also, who came first to the tomb, and he saw, and believed.9 For as yet they didn't know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.
