O poder da oração
A oração é o canal mais poderoso de comunicação com Deus. Através dela, milagres acontecem, montanhas são movidas e o impossível se torna possível.
Pedidos com fé
Jesus ensinou: pedi e recebereis. Tudo o que pedirmos em seu nome, crendo, Ele fará. A fé transforma a oração em poder.
7 Ask, and you shall obtain; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you.
22 Whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, with faith, you shall receive.
24 for which reason I assure you, that what things soever you pray for, if you believe that you shall obtain them, they shall be yours.
13 and will do whatsoever you shall ask in my name. That the Father may be glorified in the Son,14 whatsoever you shall ask in my name, I will do.
Oração e milagres
A oração dos justos tem grande poder. Pedro orou e Dorcas ressuscitou. Jesus disse que certos demônios só se expulsam com jejum e oração.
40 And Peter putting them all out, kneeled down, and prayed; and turning to the body, he said, Tabitha, arise! And she opened her eyes, and seeing Peter, sat up.
29 He answered, This kind can not be dislodged unless by prayer and fasting.
14 Is any one sick, among you? let him send for the seniors of the congregation, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil, in the name of the Lord.15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick person, and so the Lord will raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.16 Confess your faults, one to another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The inwrought prayer of the righteous man avails much.
Orar em todo tempo
A Bíblia nos exorta a orar sem cessar, com ações de graças e súplicas, revestidos da armadura espiritual. A oração traz paz sobrenatural.
6 Be anxious about nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God;7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds, through Christ Jesus.
18 With all supplication and deprecation, pray at all seasons in spirit; and for this very purpose, watch with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints:
