Preocupação
A preocupação é uma das maiores armadilhas da vida moderna. Jesus ensinou que a ansiedade nada acrescenta à nossa vida e nos convida a confiar na provisão do Pai celestial.
Não se preocupe
Jesus disse: não andeis ansiosos pela vossa vida. O Pai celestial sabe do que precisamos e cuida de nós com ternura e fidelidade.
"Nʼchifukwa chake ndikuwuzani kuti musadere nkhawa za moyo wanu kuti mudzadya chiyani kapena mudzamwa chiyani; kapenanso za thupi lanu kuti mudzavala chiyani. Kodi moyo suposa chakudya? Kodi thupi siliposa zovala?
Chifukwa chake musadere nkhawa ndi za mawa, popeza tsiku lililonse lili ndi zovuta zake zokwanira.

"Koma Mulungu anati kwa iye, ‘Iwe wopusa! Usiku womwe uno moyo wako udzachotsedwa kwa iwe, ndipo ndi ndani amene adzatenge zimene iwe wadzikonzera?’
"Umu ndi mmene zidzakhalire ndi aliyense amene amadziwunjikira chuma, koma si wachuma pamaso pa Mulungu."
Kenaka Yesu anati kwa ophunzira ake, "Choncho Ine ndikuwuzani kuti musadere nkhawa za moyo wanu, zimene mudzadya; kapena za thupi lanu, zimene mudzavala. Moyo uposa chakudya, ndi thupi liposa chovala. Taonani makwangwala: iwo safesa kapena kukolola, alibe nyumba zosungamo zinthu kapena nkhokwe; komabe, Mulungu amawadyetsa. Koposa kotani inu amene ndi ofunikira kuposa mbalame. Ndi ndani wa inu akhoza kuwonjeza ora pa moyo wake chifukwa cha kudandaula? Popeza simungathe kuchita kanthu kakangʼono aka, nʼchifukwa chiyani mumadandaula ndi zinazi?

Koma funafunani ufumu wake, ndipo mudzapatsidwa zonsezi.
"Musachite mantha, inu kagulu kankhosa, pakuti zinakondweretsa Atate anu kuti akupatseni ufumu. Gulitsani zonse zimene muli nazo, ndipo ndalama zake mupereke kwa osauka. Dzipezereni zikwama zandalama zimene sizidzatha, ndi kudzikundikira chuma chomwe sichidzatha kumwamba, kumene mbala sizingafikeko, ndipo dzimbiri silingawononge. Popeza kumene kuli chuma chanu, mtima wanunso udzakhala komweko."
"Khalani okonzekeratu ndipo nyale zanu ziziyaka, ngati anthu oyembekezera kubwera kwa mbuye wawo kuchokera kuphwando la ukwati, kuti pamene afika ndi kugogoda akhoza nthawi yomweyo kumutsekulira chitseko. Zidzakhala bwino kwa antchitowo amene mbuye wawo pobwera adzawapeze akudikira. Zoonadi, Ine ndikuwuzani kuti adzakonzekera kuwatumikira, adzakhala nawo pa tebulo ndipo adzabwera ndi kuwatumikira. Zidzakhala bwino kwa antchitowo amene mbuye wawo adzawapeze ali okonzeka, ngakhale iye atabwera pa ora lachiwiri kapena lachitatu usiku. Koma zindikirani izi: Ngati mwini nyumba akanadziwa ora limene mbala ibwera, sakanalola kuti nyumba yake ithyoledwe. Inunso muyenera kukhala okonzeka, chifukwa Mwana wa Munthu adzabwera pa ora limene simukumuyembekezera Iye."
Petro anafunsa kuti, "Kodi mukunena fanizoli kwa ife, kapena kwa aliyense?"
Ambuye anayankha kuti, "Kodi tsono woyangʼanira wokhulupirika ndi wanzeru ndani? Kodi ndi amene mbuye wake wamuyika kukhala oyangʼanira antchito ake kuti aziwapatsa ndalama yachakudya pa nthawi yake yoyenera? Zidzamukhalira bwino wantchito amene mbuye wake adzamupeza akuchita zimene pamene iye abwera. Zoonadi, Ine ndikukuwuzani kuti adzamuyika kukhala woyangʼanira katundu wake yense. Koma tiyerekeze kuti wantchitoyo aziganiza mu mtima mwake kuti, ‘Bwana wanga akuchedwa kwambiri kubwera,’ ndipo kenaka ndi kuyamba kumenya antchito aamuna ndi aakazi ndi kudya, kumwa ndi kuledzera. "Wantchito amene amadziwa chifuniro cha mbuye wake koma wosakonzeka kapena wosachita chimene mbuye wake akufuna adzakwapulidwa zikwapu zambiri. Koma wantchito amene sadziwa koma nʼkuchita zinthu zoyenera chilango, adzakwapulidwa zikwapu zochepa. Aliyense amene anapatsidwa zambiri, adzayenera kubwezanso zambiri; ndipo amene anamusungitsa zambiri, adzamulamula kuti abweze zambirinso."
"Ine ndabwera kudzayatsa moto pa dziko lapansi, ndipo ndikanakonda ukanayaka kale. Koma Ine ndiyenera kubatizidwa, ndipo ndikusautsika mu mtima mpaka utachitika! Kodi mukuganiza kuti Ine ndinabwera kudzabweretsa mtendere pa dziko lapansi? Ayi, Ine ndikukuwuzani kuti, ndinabweretsa kugawikana. Kuyambira tsopano mpaka mʼtsogolo mʼbanja limodzi mudzakhala anthu asanu ndipo adzawukirana wina ndi mnzake, atatu kuwukira awiri, ndipo awiri kuwukira atatu. Anthu adzawukirana. Abambo kudzawukira mwana wawo wamwamuna, mwana wawoyo adzawukira abambo ake. Amayi adzawukira mwana wawo wamkazi, mwana wawoyo adzawukira amayi ake. Amayi adzawukira mpongozi wawo wamkazi, mpongoziyo adzawukira amayiwo."
Iye anati kwa gulu la anthu, "Pamene mukuona mtambo ukukwera kummawa, nthawi yomweyo inu mumati, ‘kugwa mvula,’ ndipo imagwadi. Ndipo pamene mphepo yakummwera ikuwomba, inu mumati ‘kutentha’ ndipo kumaterodi. Achiphamaso inu! Inu mumadziwa kutanthauzira maonekedwe a dziko lapansi ndi thambo. Zikutheka bwanji kuti simukudziwa kumasulira kwa nthawi ino?
"Bwanji simukuzindikira nokha zoyenera kuchita? Pamene mukupita kwa woweruza ndi amene munalakwirana naye, yesetsani kwambiri kuti muyanjane naye mʼnjiramo, chifukwa mukapanda kutero akhoza kukutengerani ku bwalo la milandu ndipo woweruzayo adzakuperekani kwa woyangʼanira ndende, ndipo woyangʼanira ndendeyo adzakuponyani mʼndende. Ine ndikuwuzani kuti, simudzatulukamo mpaka mutalipira ndalama zonse."
Entregar a ansiedade a Deus
Lançar sobre o Senhor toda ansiedade é um ato de fé. A paz de Deus, que excede todo entendimento, guarda nosso coração e mente.

Tayani pa Iye nkhawa zanu zonse chifukwa ndiye amakusamalani.
Tulani nkhawa zanu kwa Yehova
ndipo Iye adzakulimbitsani;
Iye sadzalola kuti wolungama agwe.
Nkhawa imakhala ngati katundu wolemera mu mtima mwa munthu,
koma mawu abwino amamusangalatsa.
Pamene nkhawa inakula mʼkati mwanga,
chitonthozo chanu chinabweretsa chimwemwe mʼmoyo mwanga.
Zokhumba zanga zonse zili poonekera pamaso panu Ambuye,
kusisima kwanga sikunabisike kwa Inu.
A paz de Cristo
Jesus prometeu sua paz — não como o mundo dá, mas uma paz que transcende as circunstâncias e silencia o medo.
Ine ndikukusiyirani mtendere. Ndikukupatsani mtendere wanga. Ine sindikukupatsani monga dziko lapansi limaperekera. Mtima wanu usavutike ndipo musachite mantha.
"Mtima wanu usavutike. Khulupirirani Mulungu; khulupirirani Inenso.
Tsono usaope, pakuti Ine ndili nawe;
usataye mtima chifukwa Ine ndine Mulungu wako.
Ndidzakupatsa mphamvu ndipo ndidzakuthandiza,
ndidzakutchinjiriza ndi dzanja langa lamanja logonjetsa.
Nthawi iliyonse pamene mwamangidwa ndi kuyimbidwa mlandu, musadandaule za zimene mudzanena. Zimene mudzapatsidwe pa nthawiyo yankhulani; pakuti sindinu amene mudzayankhula, koma Mzimu Woyera.
Confiança na provisão divina
Deus é poderoso para suprir abundantemente. O choro pode durar uma noite, mas a alegria vem pela manhã. Sua graça basta.

Iwo adzakhala anthu ake ndipo Mulungu mwini adzakhala nawo nakhala Mulungu wawo. ‘Mulungu adzapukuta misozi yonse mʼmaso mwawo. Sikudzakhalanso imfa kapena kukhuza maliro kapena kulira kapena ululu popeza zakale zapita.’ "
Atamva zimenezi, Yobu anayimirira nangʼamba mkanjo wake, ndi kumeta tsitsi lake. Kenaka anadzigwetsa pansi napembedza Mulungu, nati,
"Ndinatuluka maliseche mʼmimba mwa amayi anga,
namonso mʼmanda ndidzalowa wamaliseche.
Yehova ndiye anapereka ndipo Yehova watenga;
litamandike dzina la Yehova."
Pakuti nzeru zochuluka zimabweretsa chisoni chochulukanso:
chidziwitso chochuluka, zowawa zochulukanso.
Choncho uchotse zokusautsa mu mtima mwako,
upewe zokupweteka mʼthupi mwako,
pakuti unyamata ndi ubwana ndi zopandapake.
