Redentor
Deus é o nosso Redentor. Ele nos resgatou da escravidão do pecado, nos libertou das cadeias e nos comprou com preço altíssimo — o sangue de seu Filho.
Liberdade em Cristo
Cristo nos libertou para a liberdade. Aquele a quem o Filho liberta é verdadeiramente livre. O Redentor quebra toda cadeia.
if then the Son may make you free, in reality you will be free.
In the freedom, then, with which Christ made you free—stand, and do not be held fast again by a yoke of servitude.
"[The] Spirit of Lord YHWH [is] on Me, || Because YHWH anointed Me || To proclaim tidings to the humble, || He sent Me to bind the broken of heart, || To proclaim liberty to the captives, || And an opening of bands to [those] bound.
There is, then, now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit; for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus set me free from the law of sin and of death;
Redenção e salvação
Deus nos redimiu por amor. Ele apagou nossas transgressões e nos salvou não por mérito nosso, mas por sua misericórdia.
I have blotted out, as [by] a thick cloud, || Your transgressions, || And as [by] a cloud, your sins, || Return to Me, for I have redeemed you."
and she will bring forth a Son, and you will call His Name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins."
who gave Himself for us, that He might ransom us from all lawlessness, and might purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.
And now, having been freed from sin, and having become servants to God, you have your fruit—to sanctification, and the end continuous life;
Refúgio e proteção
O Redentor é nosso refúgio e fortaleza. Ele livra os que clamam, sara os quebrantados e se alegra por nós com cântico.
TO THE OVERSEER. BY A SERVANT OF YHWH, BY DAVID, WHO HAS SPOKEN TO YHWH THE WORDS OF THIS SONG IN THE DAY YHWH DELIVERED HIM FROM THE HAND OF ALL HIS ENEMIES, AND FROM THE HAND OF SAUL, AND HE SAYS: I love You, O YHWH, my strength. YHWH [is] my rock, and my bulwark, || And my deliverer, || My God [is] my rock, || I trust in Him: My shield, and the horn of my salvation, || My high tower.
TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM OF DAVID. In You, O YHWH, I have trusted, || Do not let me be ashamed for all time, || In Your righteousness deliver me.
In Your hand [are] my times, || Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, || And from my pursuers.
They cried, and YHWH heard, || And delivered them from all their distresses. YHWH [is] near to the broken of heart, || And He saves the bruised of spirit.
Many [are] the afflictions of the righteous, || YHWH delivers him out of them all.
Help us, O God of our salvation, || Because of the glory of Your Name, || And deliver us, and cover over our sins, || For Your Name’s sake.
My lips cry aloud when I sing praise to You, || And my soul that You have redeemed,
You who love YHWH, hate evil, || He is keeping the souls of His saints, || He delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
O YHWH, deliver my soul from a lying lip, || From a deceitful tongue!
Vestidos de salvação
O Redentor nos veste com roupas de salvação e manto de justiça. Ele se alegra por nós e nos cobre com seu amor.
I greatly rejoice in YHWH, || My soul rejoices in my God, || For He clothed me with garments of salvation, || [And] covered me with a robe of righteousness, || As a bridegroom prepares ornaments, || And as a bride puts on her jewels.
Your God YHWH [is] in your midst, || A mighty one [to] save, || He rejoices over you with joy, || He works in His love, || He delights over you with singing."
