5 And the angel answering, said to the women: Fear not you; for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified.6 He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come, and see the place where the Lord was laid.

6 Who saith to them: Be not affrighted; you seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: he is risen, he is not here, behold the place where they laid him.

6 He is not here, but is risen. Remember how he spoke unto you, when he was in Galilee,7 Saying: The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

8 Then that other disciple also went in, who came first to the sepulchre: and he saw, and believed.9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all, which I also received: how that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day, according to the scriptures:

25 Jesus said to her: I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, although he be dead, shall live:26 And every one that liveth, and believeth in me, shall not die for ever. Believest thou this?

21 For by a man came death, and by a man the resurrection of the dead.

14 For this we say unto you in the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who remain unto the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent them who have slept.

14 For the charity of Christ presseth us: judging this, that if one died for all, then all were dead.15 And Christ died for all; that they also who live, may not now live to themselves, but unto him who died for them, and rose again.

5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection.6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin may be destroyed, to the end that we may serve sin no longer.

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy hath regenerated us unto a lively hope, by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

21 Whereunto baptism being of the like form, now saveth you also: not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the examination of a good conscience towards God by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

20 And may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great pastor of the sheep, our Lord Jesus Christ, in the blood of the everlasting testament,21 Fit you in all goodness, that you may do his will; doing in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is glory for ever and ever. Amen.

10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death,

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection. In these the second death hath no power; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ; and shall reign with him a thousand years.

12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing in the presence of the throne, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged by those things which were written in the books, according to their works.13 And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and hell gave up their dead that were in them; and they were judged every one according to their works.

22 But being aided by the help of God, I stand unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other thing than those which the prophets, and Moses did say should come to pass:23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light to the people, and to the Gentiles.

18 Behold we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of man shall be betrayed to the chief priests and the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death.19 And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to be mocked, and scourged, and crucified, and the third day he shall rise again.
