Tristeza
17 (34:18) Those cry, and the Lord heareth, and from all their distresses he delivereth them.18 (34:19) The Lord is nigh unto those that are brokenhearted: and he saveth those that are of a contrite spirit.
8 The Lord causeth the blind to see; the Lord raiseth up those who are bowed down; the Lord loveth the righteous:
9 (38:10) Lord, before thee is all my longing; and my sighing is from thee not hidden.
5 Return, and say to Hezekiah the ruler of my people, Thus hath said the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears; behold, I will heal thee: on the third day shalt thou go up unto the house of the Lord.
A alegria virá
A dor tem prazo de validade. A manhã de alegria sempre vem depois da noite de choro. Deus promete transformar o luto em dança.
5 (30:6) For his anger is momentary, but life is in his favor: in the evening cometh weeping to stay for a night, but in the morning, there is joyful song.
Entregando a dor a Deus
Podemos lançar sobre o Senhor toda nossa ansiedade e tristeza, porque Ele cuida de nós com ternura e não nos abandona.
8 And the Lord it is that goeth before thee; he will be with thee, he will not let thee fail, nor will he forsake thee: fear not, nor be thou discouraged.
O choro e o arrependimento
Há tristezas que produzem arrependimento e conduzem à vida. O choro diante de Deus é acolhido e transformado em bênção.
12 But even now also, saith the Lord, return ye fully to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
12 The vine is made ashamed, and the figtree is withered; the pomegranatetree, the palmtree also, and the appletree, even all the trees of the field, are dried up; because joy hath ceased from the children of men.
20 Then arose Job, and rent his robe, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and prostrated himself.21 And he said, Naked came I out of my mothers womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; may the name of the Lord be blessed.
1 The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son causeth his father to rejoice; but a foolish son is the grief of his mother.
18 For where there is much wisdom there is much vexation: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth pain.
10 And remove vexation from thy heart, and cause evil to pass away from thy body; for childhood and the time when the head is black are vanity.
