Filipenses 4:13 é um dos versículos mais conhecidos da Bíblia. Essa declaração de Paulo não é sobre capacidade humana, mas sobre a suficiência de Cristo que nos fortalece em toda circunstância.
Fortalecidos em Cristo
Nossa capacidade vem de Deus, não de nós mesmos. Paulo aprendeu que em qualquer situação — abundância ou necessidade — Cristo é a fonte inesgotável de poder.
13 But you were kind to help me when I was in trouble.
11 I know how to live when I am poor, and I know how to live when I am rich. No matter how things are, I have learned how to live: when I have plenty of food, or when I am hungry; when I have more things than I need, and when I do not have enough.12 I can do all things because Christ gives me strength.13 But you were kind to help me when I was in trouble.

Coragem e poder divino
Deus nos dá espírito de poder, amor e moderação. Nele somos mais que vencedores e podemos enfrentar qualquer adversidade.
7 God has not given us a spirit of fear. But he has given us a spirit of power and love and self-control.
4 My children, you belong to God. You have won the victory over those prophets who are not true. You have won because the Spirit that is in you is stronger than the spirit that is in the world.

Quando lançamos nossas ansiedades sobre Deus e resistimos ao inimigo pela fé, experimentamos a renovação e a transformação que vêm do Senhor.
7 Turn all your troubles over to him, because he cares for you and is watching over you.
7 So let God control you. Fight the devil and he will run away from you.
2 Do not be like the people of this world, but have a new mind. Then you will prove for yourselves what God wants you to do. That will be good. It will please God. And it will be all right.
