Filipenses 4:13 é um dos versículos mais conhecidos da Bíblia. Essa declaração de Paulo não é sobre capacidade humana, mas sobre a suficiência de Cristo que nos fortalece em toda circunstância.
Fortalecidos em Cristo
Nossa capacidade vem de Deus, não de nós mesmos. Paulo aprendeu que em qualquer situação — abundância ou necessidade — Cristo é a fonte inesgotável de poder.
13 I can do all these things in him who strengtheneth me.
11 I speak not as it were for want. For I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, to be content therewith.12 I know both how to be brought low, and I know how to abound: (everywhere, and in all things I am instructed) both to be full, and to be hungry; both to abound, and to suffer need.13 I can do all these things in him who strengtheneth me.

Deus nos dá espírito de poder, amor e moderação. Nele somos mais que vencedores e podemos enfrentar qualquer adversidade.

Quando lançamos nossas ansiedades sobre Deus e resistimos ao inimigo pela fé, experimentamos a renovação e a transformação que vêm do Senhor.
7 Casting all your care upon him, for he hath care of you.
