Vizinho
And the second [is] like, [namely] this, youi shall love youri neighbour as yourself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; youi shall love youri neighbour as yourself.
For this, youi shall not commit adultery, youi shall not kill, youi shall not steal, youi shall not bear false witness, youi shall not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, youi shall love youri neighbour as yourself.
Love works no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.
"Everything you wish that men should do to you, do to them; this is the Torah and the words of the prophets".
Amor em ação
O amor verdadeiro se mostra em ações concretas: hospitalidade, generosidade e cuidado com os necessitados ao nosso redor.
Let brotherly love continue.
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Pure religion and undefiled before God-The Father and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all [men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
For this is the message that you2f heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
A new commandment I give unto you, That you2f love one another; as I have loved you, that you2f also love one another.
Edificação e encorajamento mútuo
Somos chamados a encorajar uns aos outros, carregar os fardos alheios e buscar o bem do próximo acima do próprio interesse.
For what reason comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also you2f do.
Bear you2f one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Moshiach [Messiah].
Let every one of us please [his] neighbour for [his] good to edification.
Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s [wealth].
[Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
And the Lord - Kurios make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all [men], even as we [do] toward you:
Humildade, perdão e convivência
O relacionamento com o próximo exige humildade, paciência e disposição para perdoar. Não devemos julgar, mas acolher com compaixão.
[Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Moshiach [Messiah] forgave you, so also [do] you2f.
Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in [his] brother’s way.
Therefore youi are inexcusable, O man, whosoever youi are that judge: for wherein youi judge another, youi condemn yourself; for youi that judge do the same things.
Finally, [be you2f] all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, [be] pitiful, [be] courteous:
One man esteems one day above another: another esteems every day [alike]. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
To him that is afflicted pity [should be showed] from his friend; but he forsakes the fear of the Almighty.
