48 I will also lift up my hands to thy commandments, which I have loved, and I will meditate on thy statutes.49 Remember the word to thy servant, because thou have made me to hope.50 This is my comfort in my affliction, for thy word has revived me.51 The proud have had me greatly in derision, [yet] I have not swerved from thy law.52 I have remembered thine ordinances of old, O LORD, and have comforted myself.
