Salmos 65

1 Praise waits for you, O God, in Sion: and to you shall the vow be performed.2 O you that hear prayer, to you shall all flesh come.3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, you shall purge them away.4 Blessed is the man whom you choose, and cause to approach to you, that he may dwell in your courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, even of your holy temple.5 By terrible things in righteousness will you answer us, O God of our salvation; who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off on the sea:6 Which by his strength sets fast the mountains; being girded with power:7 Which stills the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.8 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at your tokens: you make the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.9 You visit the earth, and water it: you greatly enrich it with the river of God, which is full of water: you prepare them corn, when you have so provided for it.10 You water the ridges thereof abundantly: you settle the furrows thereof: you make it soft with showers: you bless the springing thereof.11 You crown the year with your goodness; and your paths drop fatness.12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

1 Silence is praise to You, O God, in Zion; and unto You is a vow performed.2 To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.3 Perverse speech has prevailed against me; as for our transgressions, You shall atone for them.4 Blessed is the one whom You choose, and cause to draw near You. He shall dwell in Your courts; we shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, of Your holy temple.5 By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation; You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth and the sea, of those far away.6 The mountains are established by Your strength, girded with might,7 who stills the noise of the sea, the roar of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples.8 And those who dwell in the remotest regions are afraid of Your signs; You make the goings forth of the morning and evening rejoice.9 You visit the earth and water it; You greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, for in this way You have prepared it.10 You water its furrows with water; You deepen its ridges; You make it soft with showers; You bless the sprouting of it.11 You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your trenches drip with fertility.12 They trickle on the pastures of the wilderness; and the little hills are girded with rejoicing.13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with grain; they shout for joy and sing.
