3 E de muitas coisas lhes falou por parábolas e dizia: Eis que o semeador saiu a semear. 4 E, ao semear, uma parte caiu à beira do caminho, e, vindo as aves, a comeram. 5 Outra parte caiu em solo rochoso, onde a terra era pouca, e logo nasceu, visto não ser profunda a terra. 6 Saindo, porém, o sol, a queimou; e, porque não tinha raiz, secou-se. 7 Outra caiu entre os espinhos, e os espinhos cresceram e a sufocaram. 8 Outra, enfim, caiu em boa terra e deu fruto: a cem, a sessenta e a trinta por um. 9 Quem tem ouvidos [para ouvir], ouça.

3 And he spoke to them many things in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went out to sow:

4 and as he sowed, some {grains} fell along the way, and the birds came and devoured them;

5 and others fell upon the rocky places where they had not much earth, and immediately they sprang up out of {the ground} because of not having {any} depth of earth,

6 but when the sun rose they were burned up, and because of not having {any} root were dried up;

7 and others fell upon the thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them;

8 and others fell upon the good ground, and produced fruit, one a hundred, one sixty, and one thirty.

9 He that has ears, let him hear.

3 Muitas coisas lhes falou em parábolas, dizendo: O semeador saiu a semear.

4 Quando semeava, uma parte da semente caiu à beira do caminho, e vieram as aves e comeram-na.

5 Outra parte caiu nos lugares pedregosos, onde não havia muita terra; logo nasceu, porque a terra não era profunda,

6 e tendo saído o sol, queimou-se; e porque não tinha raiz, secou-se.

7 Outra caiu entre os espinhos, e os espinhos cresceram e a sufocaram.

8 Outra caiu na boa terra e dava fruto, havendo grãos que rendiam cem, outros sessenta, outros trinta por um.

9 Quem tem ouvidos, ouça.
