10Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Love, therefore, is the fulfillment of the law.

2King Sihon of the Amorites lived in Heshbon. He ruled from Aroer  12:2 Dt 2:36 on the rim of the Arnon River, along the middle of the valley, and half of Gilead up to the Jabbok River (the border of the Ammonites  12:2 Dt 3:16),

7Then they came back to invade En-mishpat (that is, Kadesh  14:7 Nm 13:26), and they defeated the whole territory of the Amalekites, as well as the Amorites who lived in Hazazon-tamar.  14:7 2Ch 20:2

2But the Lord said to me, ‘Do not fear him, for I have handed him over to you along with his whole army and his land. Do to him as you did to King Sihon of the Amorites,  3:2 Nm 21:23–26,34; Dt 2:33; Jdg 11:21 who lived in Heshbon.’
