35 All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing,  * 4:35 Is 40:15–17

and he does what he wants  * 4:35 Jb 9:12; 42:2; Ps 115:3; 135:6; Rm 9:20; Eph 1:11 with the army of heaven

and the inhabitants of the earth.

There is no one who can block his hand

or say to him, "What have you done? "  * 4:35 Is 40:17; 43:13; 45:9; Rm 9:20
