and gave him the name

that is above every name,

10 so that at the name of Jesus

and under the earth  * 2:10 Mt 28:18; Eph 1:10; Rv 5:13  —

11 and every tongue  * 2:11 Is 45:23; Rm 10:9; 14:11; 1Co 12:3 will confess

that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory  * 2:11 Lk 9:32; Jn 17:24; 2Co 3:18; 2Pt 3:18 of God the Father.
