1 在耶和华拯救大卫脱离所有仇敌和扫罗的手的日子， 他向耶和华唱出这首歌的歌词。
2 他说： "耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、
3 我的 神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高台、我的避难所、我的救主； 你是救我脱离强暴的。
4 我向那当受赞美的耶和华呼求， 就得到拯救， 脱离我的仇敌。
5 死亡的波浪环绕我， 毁灭的急流淹没了我。
6 阴间的绳索围绕着我； 死亡的网罗迎面而来。
7 急难临到我的时候， 我求告耶和华， 我向我的 神呼求； 他从殿中听了我的声音， 我的呼求进了他的耳中。
8 那时大地摇撼震动， 天的根基也都摇动； 它们摇撼， 是因为耶和华发怒。
9 浓烟从他的鼻孔往上冒， 烈火从他的口中喷出来， 连炭也烧着了。
10 他使天下垂， 亲自降临； 在他的脚下黑云密布。
11 他乘着基路伯飞行， 借着风的翅膀急飞。
12 他以黑暗作他的隐密处， 他以浓黑的水气， 就是天空的密云， 作他四周的帷帐。
13 从他面前发出的光辉， 火炭都烧起来！
14 耶和华从天上打雷， 至高者发出声音。
15 他射出箭来， 使它们四散； 他发出闪电， 使它们混乱。
16 耶和华的斥责一发， 他鼻孔的气一出， 海底就出现， 大地的根基也显露。
17 他从高处伸手抓住我， 把我从大水中拉上来。
18 他救我脱离我的强敌， 脱离那些恨我的人， 因为他们比我强盛。
19 在我遭难的日子， 他们来攻击我； 但耶和华是我的支持。
20 他又领我出去， 到那宽阔之地； 他搭救我， 因为他喜悦我。
21 耶和华按着我的公义报答我， 照着我手中的清洁回报我。
22 因为我谨守了耶和华的道； 未曾作恶离开我的 神。
23 因为他的一切典章常摆在我面前， 他的律例， 我未曾丢弃。
24 我在他面前作完全的人， 我也谨守自己， 脱离我的罪孽；
25 所以耶和华按着我的公义， 照着我在他眼前的清洁回报我。
26 对慈爱的人， 你显出你的慈爱； 对完全的人， 你显出你的完全。
27 对清洁的人， 你显出你的清洁； 对狡诈的人， 你显出你的机巧。
28 谦卑的人， 你要拯救； 你的眼睛察看高傲的人， 要使他们降卑。
29 耶和华啊！ 你是我的灯； 耶和华照明了我的黑暗。
30 借着你， 我攻破敌军； 靠着我的 神， 我跳过墙垣。
31 这位 神， 他的道路是完全的； 耶和华的话是炼净的； 凡是投靠他的， 他都作他们的盾牌。
32 除了耶和华， 谁是 神呢？除了我们的 神， 谁是磐石呢？
33 这位 神是我坚固的避难所， 他使我的道路完全。
34 他使我的脚像母鹿的蹄， 又使我站稳在高处。
35 他教导我的手怎样作战， 又使我的手臂可以拉开铜弓。
36 你把你救恩的盾牌赐给我； 你的回答使我昌大。
37 你使我脚底下的路径宽阔， 我的两膝动摇。
38 我追赶仇敌， 把他们追上， 不消灭他们， 我必不归回。
39 我吞灭他们， 重创他们， 使他们不能起来； 他们都倒在我的脚下。
40 你以能力给我束腰， 使我能够作战； 你又使那些起来攻击我的人都屈服在我的脚下。
41 你使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑， 使我可以歼灭恨我的人。
42 他们呼叫， 却没有人拯救； 就算向耶和华呼求， 他也不答应他们。
43 我捣碎他们， 像地上的尘土； 我打碎他们， 践踏他们， 像街上的烂泥。
44 你救我脱离了我民的争竞， 你立我作列国的元首； 我不认识的人民要服事我。
45 外族人都向我假意归顺； 他们一听见， 就服从我；
46 外族人大势已去， 战战兢兢地从他们的要塞走出来。
47 耶和华是永活的， 我的磐石是应当称颂的； 拯救我的 神， 我的磐石， 是应当被尊为至高的。
48 他是那位为我伸冤的 神， 他使万民服在我的脚下，
49 他救我脱离我的仇敌。你还把我高举起来， 高过那些起来攻击我的人， 又救我脱离了强暴的人。
50 因此， 耶和华啊， 我要在列国中称赞你， 歌颂你的名。
51 耶和华赐极大的救恩给他所立的王， 又向他的受膏者施慈爱， 就是向大卫和他的后裔施慈爱， 直到永远。"
1 And David spake unto Jehovah the words of this song in the day that Jehovah delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul: 2 and he said,
Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer, even mine;
3 God, my rock, in him will I take refuge;
My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge;
My saviour, thou savest me from violence.
4 I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised:
So shall I be saved from mine enemies.
5 For the waves of death compassed me;
The floods of ungodliness made me afraid:
6 The cords of Sheol were round about me;
The snares of death came upon me.
7 In my distress I called upon Jehovah;
Yea, I called unto my God:
And he heard my voice out of his temple,
And my cry came into his ears.
8 Then the earth shook and trembled,
The foundations of heaven quaked
And were shaken, because he was wroth.
9 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils,
And fire out of his mouth devoured:
Coals were kindled by it.
10 He bowed the heavens also, and came down;
And thick darkness was under his feet.
11 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly;
Yea, he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
12 And he made darkness pavilions round about him,
Gathering of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
13 At the brightness before him
Coals of fire were kindled.
14 Jehovah thundered from heaven,
And the Most High uttered his voice.
15 And he sent out arrows, and scattered them;
Lightning, and discomfited them.
16 Then the channels of the sea appeared,
The foundations of the world were laid bare,
By the rebuke of Jehovah,
At the blast of the breath of his nostrils.
17 He sent from on high, he took me;
He drew me out of many waters;
18 He delivered me from my strong enemy,
From them that hated me; for they were too mighty for me.
19 They came upon me in the day of my calamity;
But Jehovah was my stay.
20 He brought me forth also into a large place;
He delivered me, because he delighted in me.
21 Jehovah rewarded me according to my righteousness;
According to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
22 For I have kept the ways of Jehovah,
And have not wickedly departed from my God.
23 For all his ordinances were before me;
And as for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
24 I was also perfect toward him;
And I kept myself from mine iniquity.
25 Therefore hath Jehovah recompensed me according to my righteousness,
According to my cleanness in his eyesight.
26 With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful;
With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;
27 With the pure thou wilt show thyself pure;
And with the perverse thou wilt show thyself froward.
28 And the afflicted people thou wilt save;
But thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.
29 For thou art my lamp, O Jehovah;
And Jehovah will lighten my darkness.
30 For by thee I run upon a troop;
By my God do I leap over a wall.
31 As for God, his way is perfect:
The word of Jehovah is tried;
He is a shield unto all them that take refuge in him.
32 For who is God, save Jehovah?
And who is a rock, save our God?
33 God is my strong fortress;
And he guideth the perfect in his way.
34 He maketh his feet like hinds’ feet,
And setteth me upon my high places.
35 He teacheth my hands to war,
So that mine arms do bend a bow of brass.
36 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation;
And thy gentleness hath made me great.
37 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me;
And my feet have not slipped.
38 I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them;
Neither did I turn again till they were consumed.
39 And I have consumed them, and smitten them through, so that they cannot arise:
Yea, they are fallen under my feet.
40 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle;
Thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.
41 Thou hast also made mine enemies turn their backs unto me,
That I might cut off them that hate me.
42 They looked, but there was none to save;
Even unto Jehovah, but he answered them not.
43 Then did I beat them small as the dust of the earth,
I did crush them as the mire of the streets, and did spread them abroad.
44 Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people;
Thou hast kept me to be the head of the nations:
A people whom I have not known shall serve me.
45 The foreigners shall submit themselves unto me:
As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me.
46 The foreigners shall fade away,
And shall come trembling out of their close places.
47 Jehovah liveth; And blessed be my rock;
And exalted be God, the rock of my salvation,
48 Even the God that executeth vengeance for me,
And that bringeth down peoples under me,
49 And that bringeth me forth from mine enemies:
Yea, thou liftest me up above them that rise up against me;
Thou deliverest me from the violent man.
50 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the nations,
And will sing praises unto thy name.
51 Great deliverance giveth he to his king,
And showeth lovingkindness to his anointed,
To David and to his seed, for evermore.
