1 Crônicas 28

1 And David assembled all the princes of Israel, the princes of the tribes, and the princes of the divisions that ministered to the king, and the captains over thousands, and the captains over hundreds, and the comptrollers of all the substance and possessions of the king and of his sons, with the chamberlains, and the mighty men, and all the men of valour, unto Jerusalem. 2 And king David stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren and my people! I had in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of the covenant of Jehovah and for the footstool of our God*GodHebrew: Elohim and I have prepared to build. 3 But God*GodHebrew: Elohim said to me, Thou shalt not build a house unto my name, for thou art a man of war, and hast shed blood. 4 And Jehovah the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of Israel chose me out of all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever; for he has chosen Judah to be the prince; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he took pleasure in me to make me king over all Israel; 5 and of all my sons, (for Jehovah has given me many sons,) he has chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of Jehovah over Israel. 6 And he said to me, Solomon thy son, he shall build my house and my courts; for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father. 7 And I will establish his kingdom for ever, if he be firm to do my commandments and mine ordinances, as at this day. 8 And now in the sight of all Israel, the congregation of Jehovah, and in the audience of our God*GodHebrew: Elohim — keep and seek for all the commandments of Jehovah your God*GodHebrew: Elohim that ye may possess the good land, and leave it as an inheritance to your children after you for ever. 9 And thou, Solomon my son, know the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind; for Jehovah searches all hearts, and discerns all the imaginations of the thoughts. If thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cut thee off for ever. 10 Consider now, that Jehovah has chosen thee to build a house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.

11 And David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of its houses, and of its treasuries, and of its upper chambers, and of its inner chambers, and of the house of the mercy-seat; 12 and the pattern of all that he had by the Spirit, of the courts of the house of Jehovah, and of all the chambers round about, for the treasuries of the house of God*GodHebrew: Elohim and for the treasuries of the dedicated things; 13 and for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of Jehovah, and for all the instruments of service in the house of Jehovah: 14 gold by weight for things of gold, for all utensils of each kind of service; for all utensils of silver, by weight, for all utensils of each kind of service; 15 and the weight of the golden candlesticks, and of their golden lamps, by weight for every candlestick, and for its lamps; and for the silver candlesticks, by weight, for the candlestick and for its lamps, according to the use of every candlestick; 16 and gold by weight for the tables of the loaves to be set in rows, for every table; and silver for the tables of silver; 17 and pure gold for the forks, and the bowls, and the goblets; and for the golden basons by weight for every bason; and for the silver basons by weight for every bason; 18 and for the altar of incense, refined gold by weight; and the pattern of the chariot of the cherubim of gold, which spread out their wings and cover the ark of the covenant of Jehovah. 19 All this said David, in writing, by Jehovah’s hand upon me, instructing as to all the works of the pattern. 20 And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and courageous, and do it; fear not nor be dismayed: for Jehovah Elohim, my God*GodHebrew: Elohim will be with thee; he will not leave thee, neither forsake thee, until all the work for the service of the house of Jehovah is finished. 21 And behold, the courses of the priests and the Levites are for all the service of the house of God*GodHebrew: Elohim and thou hast with thee for all manner of workmanship every willing man, skilful for every sort of service; and the princes and all the people are wholly at thy commandment.

1 Y JUNTÓ ✝28.1 cp. 23.2.David en Jerusalem á todos los principales de Israel, ✝28.1 cp. 27.16-22.los príncipes de las tribus, y ✝28.1 cp. 27.1-15.los jefes de las divisiones que servían al rey, los tribunos y centuriones, con los ✝28.1 cp. 27.25-31.superintendentes de toda la hacienda y posesión del rey, y sus hijos, con los eunucos, los poderosos, y todos sus hombres ✝28.1 cp. 11.10-47.valientes.

2 Y levantándose el rey David, puesto en pie dijo: Oidme, hermanos míos, y pueblo mío. ✝28.2 cp. 22.7.Yo tenía en propósito edificar una casa, para que en ella reposara el arca del pacto de Jehová, y ✝28.2 Sal. 99.5 y 132.7.para el estrado de los pies de nuestro Dios; y había ya aprestado todo para edificar.

3 Mas Dios me dijo: ✝28.3 2 S. 7.5,13. 1 R. 5.3,5. cp. 17.4.Tú no edificarás casa á mi nombre: porque eres hombre de guerra, y has derramado mucha sangre.

4 Empero Jehová el Dios de Israel me eligió de toda la casa de mi padre, para que ✝28.4 cp. 17.23,27.perpetuamente fuese rey sobre Israel: porque á Judá escogió por caudillo, y de la casa de Judá la ✝28.4 1 S. 16.1.familia de mi padre; y de entre los hijos de mi padre agradóse de mí para ponerme por rey sobre todo Israel;

5 ✝ 28.5 cp. 3.1-9 y 14.3-7. Y de todos mis hijos (porque Jehová me ha dado muchos hijos,) eligió á mi hijo Salomón para que se siente en el trono del reino de Jehová sobre Israel.

6 Y me ha dicho: ✝28.6 2 S. 7.13,14. 1 R. 5.5. cp. 17.12 y 22.9,10Salomón tu hijo, él edificará mi casa y mis atrios: porque á éste me he escogido por hijo, y yo le seré á él por padre.

7 Asimismo yo confirmaré su reino para siempre, si él se esforzare á poner por obra mis mandamientos y mis juicios, como aqueste día.

8 Ahora pues, delante de lo ojos de todo Israel, congregación de Jehová, y en oídos de nuestro Dios, guardad é inquirid todos los preceptos de Jehová vuestro Dios, para que poseáis la buena tierra, y la dejéis por heredad á vuestros hijos después de vosotros perpetuamente.

2 y ofrendas hechas por David,

9 Y tú, Salomón, hijo mío, ✝28.9 Os. 4.1.conoce al Dios de tu padre, y sírvele con corazón ✝28.9 1 R. 8.61.perfecto, y con ánimo voluntario; porque ✝28.9 1 S. 16.7. Sal. 139.2. Ap. 2.23.Jehová escudriña los corazones de todos, y entiende toda imaginación de los pensamientos. Si tú le buscares, lo hallarás; mas ✝28.9 Jos. 24.20.si lo dejares, él te desechará para siempre.

10 Mira, pues, ahora que Jehová te ha elegido para que edifiques casa para santuario: esfuérzate, y haz la.

11 Y David ✝28.11 ver. 19. Ex. 25.40.dió á Salomón su hijo la traza del ✝28.11 1 R. 6.3. 2 Cr. 3.4.pórtico, y de sus casas, y de sus oficinas, y de sus ✝28.11 2 Cr. 3.9.salas, y de sus recámaras, y de la casa del propiciatorio.

12 Asimismo la traza de todas las cosas que tenía en su voluntad, para los atrios de la casa de Jehová, y para todas las ✝28.12 2 R. 23.11.cámaras en derredor, ✝28.12 cp. 26.20.para los tesoros de la casa de Dios, y para los tesoros de las cosas santificadas:

13 También para los ✝28.13 cp. 24.1.órdenes de los sacerdotes y de los ✝28.13 cp. 23.6.Levitas, y para toda la obra del ministerio de la casa de Jehová, y para todos los vasos del ministerio de la casa de Jehová.

14 Y dió oro por peso para lo de oro, para todos los vasos de cada servicio: y plata por peso para todos los vasos, para todos los vasos de cada servicio.

15 Oro por peso para los ✝28.15 Ex. 25.31.candeleros de oro, y para sus ✝28.15 Ex. 25.37.candilejas; por peso el oro para cada candelero y sus candilejas: y para los candeleros de plata, plata por peso para el candelero y sus candilejas, conforme al servicio de cada candelero.

16 Asimismo dió oro por peso para las mesas de la proposición, para cada mesa: del mismo modo plata para las mesas de plata:

17 También oro puro para los ✝28.17 Ex. 38.3. 1 S. 2.13,14.garfios y para las palanganas, y para los incensarios, y para los tazones de oro, para cada tazón por peso; y para los tazones de plata, por peso para cada tazón:

18 Además, oro puro por peso para el ✝28.18 Ex. 30.1.altar del perfume, y para el á manera de carro de ✝28.18 Ex. 25.18-22. 1 S. 4.4. 1 R. 6.23-28.los querubines de oro, que con las alas extendidas cubrían el arca del pacto de Jehová.

19 Todas estas cosas, dijo David, se me han representado por la mano de Jehová ✝28.19 vers. 11,12. Ex. 25.40.que me hizo entender todas las obras del diseño.

20 Dijo más David á Salomón su hijo: Anímate y esfuérzate, y ponlo por obra; no temas, ni desmayes, porque el Dios Jehová, mi Dios, ✝28.20 Jos. 1.5.será contigo: él no te dejará, ni te desamparará, hasta que acabes toda la obra para el servicio de la casa de Jehová.

21 ✝ 28.21 ver. 13 . cps. 24, 25 y 26.He aquí los órdenes de los sacerdotes y de los Levitas, para todo el ministerio de la casa de Dios, serán contigo en toda la obra: asimismo todos los voluntarios ✝28.21 Ex. 35.25,26 y 36.1,2.e inteligentes para cualquiera especie de industria; y los príncipes, y todo el pueblo para ejecutar todas tus órdenes.
