15 When therefore they had dined, Jesus says to Simon Peter, Simon, {son} of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He says to him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I am attached to thee. He says to him, Feed my lambs.

19 But he said this signifying by what death he should glorify God. And having said this, he says to him, Follow me.

15 Tendo eles comido, Jesus perguntou a Simão Pedro: Simão, filho de João, amas-me mais do que estes? Respondeu ele: Sim, Senhor, tu sabes que te amo. Disse-lhe Jesus: Apascenta os meus cordeiros.

19 Por estas palavras, ele indicava o gênero de morte com que havia de glorificar a Deus. E depois de assim ter falado, acrescentou: Segue-me!
