42 Men ve eder, I fariseere, I som gir tiende av mynte og rute og alle slags maturter, og ikke spør efter rett og kjærlighet til Gud! Dette burde gjøres, og det andre ikke lates ugjort.

42 But woe unto you Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and every herb, and pass over justice and the love of God: but these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
