Temor do Senhor

8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

4 The reward of humility and the fear of the LORD is riches, and honour, and life.

14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but thou shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.

4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them which kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5 But I will warn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

27 The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.

11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do thereafter: his praise endureth for ever.

33 The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour goeth humility.

17 And ye shall not wrong one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God.

27 The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.

10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: in keeping of them there is great reward.

28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

14 Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

7 Now therefore let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.

35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and his hand fail with thee; then thou shalt uphold him: as a stranger and a sojourner shall he live with thee. 36 Take thou no usury of him or increase; but fear thy God: that thy brother may live with thee.

6 And thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
