7 Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for *ch. 7:39if I do not go away, *ch. 15:26;[ch. 14:16] the Helper will not come to you. But *[Acts 2:33] if *ch. 14:2I go, *See ch. 14:26I will send him to you.8 *[ch. 8:28] And when he comes, he will *[ch. 8:46]convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment:9 concerning sin, *ch. 8:24;[Acts 2:36,37;1 Cor. 12:3]because they do not believe in me;10 *[Acts 17:31] concerning righteousness, *ver. 16, 17, 19because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer;11 *See ch. 12:31concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world *[Col. 2:15;Heb. 2:14]is judged.
