1 Now they that sealed were Nehemiah the Tirshatha the sonne of Hachaliah, and Zidkiiah, 2 Seraiah, Azariah, Ieremiah, 3 Pashur, Amariah, Malchiah, 4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch, 5 Harim, Merimoth, Obadiah, 6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch, 7 Meshullam, Abiiah, Miamin, 8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these are the Priestes. 9 And the Leuites: Ieshua the sonne of Azaniah, Binnui, of the sonnes of Henadad, Kadmiel. 10 And their brethren Shebaniah, Hodiiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanun, 11 Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah, 12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah, 13 Hodiah, Bani, Beninu. 14 The chiefe of the people were Parosh, Pahath Moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani, 15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai, 16 Adoniah, Biguai, Adin, 17 Ater, Hizkiiah, Azzur, 18 Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai, 19 Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai, 20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir, 21 Meshezabeel, Zadok, Iaddua, 22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah, 23 Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub, 24 Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek, 25 Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah, 26 And Ahiiah, Hanan, Anan, 27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah. 28 And the rest of the people, the Priestes, the Leuites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all that were separated from the people of the landes vnto the Lawe of God, their wiues, their sonnes, and their daughters, all that coulde vnderstande. 29 The chiefe of them receiued it for their brethren, and they came to the curse and to the othe to walke in Gods Law, which was giuen by Moses the seruant of God, to obserue and doe all the commandements of the Lord our God, and his iudgements and his statutes: 30 And that we would not giue our daughters to the people of the lande, neither take their daughters for our sonnes. 31 And if the people of the lande brought ware on the Sabbath, or any vitailes to sell, that we would not take it of them on the Sabbath and on the holy dayes: and that we would let the seuenth yeere be free, and the debtes of euery person. 32 And we made statutes for our selues to giue by the yeere the thirde part of a shekel for the seruice of the house of our God, 33 For the shewbread, and for the daily offring, and for the daily burnt offring, the Sabbaths, the newe moones, for the solemne feastes, and for the thinges that were sanctified, and for the sinne offrings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the worke of the house of our God. 34 We cast also lottes for the offering of the wood, euen the Priestes, the Leuites and the people to bring it into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, yeerely at the times appointed, to burne it vpon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the Lawe, 35 And to bring the first fruites of our land, and the first of all the fruites of all trees, yeere by yeere, into the house of the Lord, 36 And the first borne of our sonnes, and of our cattel, as it is written in the Lawe, and the first borne of our bullockes and of our sheepe, to bring it into the house of our God, vnto ye Priests that minister in the house of our God, 37 And that we should bring the first fruite of our dough, and our offrings, and the fruite of euery tree, of wine and of oyle, vnto the Priests, to the chambers of the house of our God: and the tithes of our lande vnto the Leuites, that the Leuites might haue the tithes in all the cities of our trauaile. 38 And the Priest, the sonne of Aaron shall be with the Leuites, when ye Leuites take tithes, and the Leuites shall bring vp the tenth parte of the tithes vnto the house of our God, vnto the chambers of the treasure house. 39 For the children of Israel, and the children of Leui shall bring vp the offerings of the corne, of the wine, and of the oyle, vnto the chabers: and there shalbe the vessels of the Sanctuarie, and the Priestes that minister, and the porters, and the fingers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.

1 y LOS que firmaron fueron, Nehemías el Tirsatha, hijo de Hachâlías, y Sedecías,2 Seraías, Azarías, Jeremías,3 Pashur, Amarías, Malchías,4 Hattus, Sebanías, Malluch,5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadías,6 Daniel, Ginethón, Baruch,7 Mesullam, Abías, Miamín,8 Maazías, Bilgai, Semeías: estos, sacerdotes.9 Y Levitas: Jesuá hijo de Azanías, Binnui de los hijos de Henadad, Cadmiel;10 Y sus hermanos Sebanías, Odaía, Celita, Pelaías, Hanán;11 Michâ, Rehob, Hasabías,12 Zachû, Serebías, Sebanías,13 Odaía, Bani, Beninu.14 Cabezas del pueblo: Pharos, Pahath-moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani,15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,16 Adonías, Bigvai, Adín,17 Ater, Ezekías, Azur,18 Odaía, Hasum, Besai,19 Ariph, Anathoth, Nebai,20 Magpías, Mesullam, Hezir,21 Mesezabeel, Sadoc, Jadua,22 Pelatías, Hanán, Anaías,23 Hoseas, Hananías, Asub,24 Lohes, Pilha, Sobec,25 Rehum, Hasabna, Maaseías,26 Y Ahijas, Hanán, Anan,27 Malluch, Harim, Baana.28 Y el resto del pueblo, los sacerdotes, Levitas, porteros, y cantores, Nethineos, y todos los que se habían apartado de los pueblos de las tierras á la ley de Dios, sus mujeres, sus hijos y sus hijas, y todo el que tenía comprensión y discernimiento,29 Adhiriéronse á sus hermanos, sus principales, y vinieron en la protestación y en el juramento de que andarían en la ley de Dios, que fué dada por mano de Moisés siervo de Dios, y que guardarían y cumplirían todos los mandamientos de Jehová nuestro Señor, y sus juicios y sus estatutos;30 Y que no daríamos nuestras hijas á los pueblos de la tierra, ni tomaríamos sus hijas para nuestros hijos.31 Asimismo, que si los pueblos de la tierra trajesen á vender mercaderías y comestibles en día de sábado, nada tomaríamos de ellos en sábado, ni en día santificado; y que dejaríamos el año séptimo, con remisión de toda deuda.32 Impusímonos además por ley el cargo de contribuir cada año con la tercera parte de un siclo, para la obra de la casa de nuestro Dios;33 Para el pan de la proposición, y para la ofrenda continua, y para el holocausto continuo, de los sábados, y de las nuevas lunas, y de las festividades, y para las santificaciones y sacrificios por el pecado para expiar á Israel, y para toda la obra de la casa de nuestro Dios.34 Echamos también las suertes, los sacerdotes, los Levitas, y el pueblo, acerca de la ofrenda de la leña, para traerla á la casa de nuestro Dios, según las casas de nuestros padres, en los tiempos determinados cada un año, para quemar sobre el altar de Jehová nuestro Dios, como está escrito en la ley.35 Y que cada año traeríamos las primicias de nuestra tierra, y las primicias de todo fruto de todo árbol, á la casa de Jehóva:36 Asimismo los primogénitos de nuestros hijos y de nuestras bestias, como está escrito en la ley; y que traeríamos los primogénitos de nuestras vacas y de nuestras ovejas á la casa de nuestro Dios, á los sacerdotes que ministran en la casa de nuestro Dios:37 Que traeríamos también las primicias de nuestras masas, y nuestras ofrendas, y del fruto de todo árbol, del vino y del aceite, á los sacerdotes, á las cámaras de la casa de nuestro Dios, y el diezmo de nuestra tierra á los Levitas; y que los Levitas recibirían las décimas de nuestras labores en todas las ciudades:38 Y que estaría el sacerdote hijo de Aarón con los Levitas, cuando los Levitas recibirían el diezmo: y que los Levitas llevarían el diezmo del diezmo á la casa de nuestro Dios, á las cámaras en la casa del tesoro.39 Porque á las cámaras han de llevar los hijos de Israel y los hijos de Leví la ofrenda del grano, del vino, y del aceite; y allí estarán los vasos del santuario, y los sacerdotes que ministran, y los porteros, y los cantores; y no abandonaremos la casa de nuestro Dios.
