10Beholde, it was planted: but shall it prosper? shall it not be dried vp, and wither? when the East winde shall touch it, it shall wither in the trenches, where it grewe.

14That the kingdome might be in subiection, and not lift it selfe vp, but keepe their couenant, and stand to it.

26And he said vnto them, Why are ye fearefull, O ye of litle faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea: and so there was a great calme.

29And beholde, they cryed out, saying, Iesus the sonne of God, what haue we to do with thee? Art thou come hither to tormet vs before ye time?

8Oh that I might haue my desire, and that God would grant me the thing that I long for!

25Howe stedfast are the wordes of righteousnes? and what can any of you iustly reproue?

29Turne, I pray you, let there be none iniquitie: returne, I say, and ye shall see yet my righteousnesse in that behalfe. Is there iniquitie in my tongue? doeth not my mouth feele sorowes?

23Whether is easier to say, Thy sinnes are forgiuen thee, or to say, Rise and walke?

24But that ye may know that that Sonne of man hath authoritie to forgiue sinnes in earth, (he sayd vnto the sicke of the palsie) I say to thee, Arise: take vp thy bed, and goe to thine house.

7Therefore, as yee abound in euery thing, in faith and woorde, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your loue towardes vs, euen so see that yee abound in this grace also.

11Nowe therefore performe to doe it also, that as there was a readinesse to will, euen so yee may performe it of that which yee haue.

22And we haue sent with them our brother, whom we haue oft times prooued to be diligent in many thinges, but nowe much more diligent, for the great confidence, which I haue in you.

13The poore and the vsurer meete together, and the Lord lighteneth both their eyes.

17Correct thy sonne and he will giue thee rest, and will giue pleasures to thy soule.

20Seest thou a man hastie in his matters? there is more hope of a foole, then of him.
