သားဖွားပြီးစမိန်းမသန့်စင်ခြင်း
1 တစ်ဖန် မောရှေအားထာဝရဘုရားက၊ သင်သည် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အား ဆင့်ဆိုရမည်မှာ၊ 2 မိန်းမသည်ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍ သားယောက်ျားကိုဖွားမြင်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ဥတုရောက်၍ ခုနစ်ရက်မစင်ကြယ်သကဲ့သို့ ခုနစ်ရက်မစင်ကြယ်နေရမည်။ 3 အဋ္ဌမနေ့၌ သားယောက်ျားအား အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကိုပြုရမည်။ 4 ထိုနောက် အမိသည်စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သော အသွေးရှိ၍၊ အရက်သုံးဆယ်သုံးရက်ပတ်လုံး နေရမည်။ စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းနေ့ရက် မစေ့မီတိုင်အောင် သန့်ရှင်းသောအရာကိုမကိုင်ရ။ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ကို မသွားရ။ 5 သားမိန်းမကိုဖွားမြင်လျှင်၊ ဥတုရောက်သကဲ့သို့ တစ်ဆယ်လေးရက်ပတ်လုံး မစင်ကြယ်နေရမည်။ စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်သောအသွေးရှိ၍၊ အရက်ခြောက်ဆယ်ခြောက်ရက်ပတ်လုံး နေရမည်။ 6 သားယောက်ျားဖြစ်စေ၊ မိန်းမဖြစ်စေ၊ စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းနေ့ရက် ကာလစေ့သောအခါ၊ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ဖို့ အခါလည်သော သိုးသငယ်တစ်ကောင်၊ အပြစ်ဖြေရာယဇ်ဖို့ ချိုးကလေးတစ်ကောင်၊ သို့မဟုတ် ခိုတစ်ကောင်ကို၊ ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေးရာ တဲတော်တံခါးရှေ့၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ထံသို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည်။ 7 ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ပူဇော်၍၊ ထိုမိန်းမအဖို့ အပြစ်ဖြေခြင်းကိုပြုသဖြင့်၊ သူသည် အသွေးသွန်ခြင်းအပြစ်မှ သန့်ရှင်းရလိမ့်မည်။ 8 သိုးသငယ်ကိုမတတ်နိုင်လျှင် ခိုနှစ်ကောင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ချိုးကလေးနှစ်ကောင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ဖို့တစ်ကောင်၊ အပြစ်ဖြေရာယဇ်ဖို့တစ်ကောင်ကို ဆောင်ခဲ့၍၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်သည်သူ့အဖို့ အပြစ်ဖြေခြင်းကိုပြုသဖြင့်၊ သူသည်သန့်ရှင်းရလိမ့်မည်။ ဤရွေ့ကား၊ သားယောက်ျား၊ သားမိန်းမကိုဖွားမြင်သောအမိနှင့် ဆိုင်သောတရားဖြစ်သတည်းဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
1 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman conceive seed, and bear a man-child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of the impurity of her sickness shall she be unclean. 3 And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. 4 And she shall continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. 5 But if she bear a maid-child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her impurity; and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.
6 And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb a year old for a burnt-offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtle-dove, for a sin-offering, unto the door of the tent of meeting, unto the priest: 7 and he shall offer it before Jehovah, and make atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the fountain of her blood. This is the law for her that beareth, whether a male or a female. 8 And if her means suffice not for a lamb, then she shall take two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons; the one for a burnt-offering, and the other for a sin-offering: and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
