9 For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts more than your thoughts.

20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal;

20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupt and where thieves do not break through nor steal;

9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, [and] there is nothing hidden from thee;

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 And the earth was without order, and empty; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and will save me for his heavenly kingdom, to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

7 For we brought nothing into [this] world, [and it is] certain we can carry nothing out.

8 So that, sustenance and covering, let us be content with this.

5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens and thy glory above all the earth;

25 Whom have I in heaven [but thee]? And apart from thee [there is] nothing upon the earth [that] I desire.

14 But Jesus said, Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of the heavens.

6 He that built his degrees in the heaven and has founded his gathering upon the earth; he that calls the waters of the sea and pours them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD [is] his name.

2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

8 Our help [is] in the name of the LORD, who made the heaven and the earth.:

1 To the Overcomer, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows the work of his hands.

2 [One] day provides a word for the [next] day, and [one] night declares wisdom unto the [next] night.

2 In my Father's house are many dwelling places; if [it were] not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first;

17 then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

2 Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it is not yet made manifest what we shall be; but we know that if he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every one that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure.

21 Jesus said unto him, If thou desire to be perfect, go [and] sell what thou hast and give it to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come [and] follow me.

35 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the lords of this age, rulers of this darkness, against spiritual wickedness in the heavens.

50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.

51 And it came to pass while he blessed them, he was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

1 For all things [there is] a season, and every will under the heaven [has its] time [determined].

24 Can any hide himself in hiding places that I shall not see him? said the LORD. Do I not fill heaven and earth? said the LORD.

15 As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand.
