Luke 19

37 Now as**Here "as" is supplied as a component of the temporal genitive absolute participle ("was drawing near") he was drawing near by this time to the descent from the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of the disciples began rejoicing to praise God with a loud voice for all the miracles that they had seen, 38 saying,

"Blessed is the king,

the one who comes in the name of the Lord!*A quotation from Ps 118:26, with "the king" added as a clarification

Peace in heaven

and glory in the highest!"
