10 But she had bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept greatly.11 And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thy handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thy handmaid, but wilt give unto thy handmaid a manchild: then will I give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.
