27 but God chose the foolish things of the world that He may put the wise to shame; and God chose the weak things of the world that He may put the strong to shame; 28 and God chose the base things of the world, and the things despised, and the things that are not, that He may make useless the things that are— 29 that no flesh may glory before Him;
