1 Psaume de David. L'Eternel est mon berger, je n'aurai point de disette.

2 Il me fait reposer dans des parcs herbeux, [et] me mène le long des eaux paisibles.

3 Il restaure mon âme, et me conduit pour l'amour de son Nom, par des sentiers unis.

4 Même quand je marcherais par la vallée de l'ombre de la mort, je ne craindrais aucun mal; car tu es avec moi ; ton bâton et ta houlette sont ceux qui me consolent.

5 Tu dresses la table devant moi, à la vue de ceux qui me serrent; tu as oint ma tête d'huile [odoriférante, et] ma coupe est comble.

6 Quoi qu'il en soit, les biens et la gratuité m'accompagneront tous les jours de ma vie, et mon habitation sera dans la maison de l'Eternel pour longtemps.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
