15 So Jesus, aware that they 6:15 Or were aboutintended to come and take Him by force to make Him king, withdrew again to the mountain by Himself, alone.
14 Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world.
15 When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone.
14 After the people saw the sign Jesus performed, they began to say, "Surely this is the Prophet who is to come into the world." 15 Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force, withdrew again to a mountain by himself.
14 When the people saw the sign that he had done, they said, See ch. 4:19"This is indeed ch. 1:21;7:40;See Matt. 21:11the Prophet ch. 11:27;See Matt. 11:3who is to come into the world!"

14 When the people saw the sign 6:14 Other mss read signs he had done, they said, "This truly is the Prophet 6:14 Dt 18:15 who is to come 6:14 Mt 11:3; Lk 7:19–20; Rm 5:14; Heb 10:37 into the world." 6:14 Jn 18:37
15 Therefore, when Jesus realized that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, 6:15 Jn 19:21 he withdrew again to the mountain by himself.
14 Now those men, when they had seen what a miracle Jesus had done, said: This is of a truth the prophet, that is to come into the world. 15 Jesus therefore, when he knew that they would come to take him by force, and make him king, fled again into the mountain himself alone.
14,15 The people realized that God was at work among them in what Jesus had just done. They said, "This is the Prophet for sure, God’s Prophet right here in Galilee!" Jesus saw that in their enthusiasm, they were about to grab him and make him king, so he slipped off and went back up the mountain to be by himself.
