9 "As for you, my son Solomon, *(1 Sam. 12:24); Jer. 9:24; Hos. 4:1; (John 17:3)know the God of your father, and serve Him *2 Kin. 20:3with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for *(1 Sam. 16:7; 1 Kin. 8:39; 1 Chr. 29:17); Jer. 11:20; 17:10; 20:12; Rev. 2:23the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. *2 Chr. 15:2; (Jer. 29:13)If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will *Deut. 31:17cast you off forever.
