1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw Dan. 7:2, 7a beast rising up out of the sea, Rev. 12:3having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a Dan. 7:8; 11:36; Rev. 17:3blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like thefeetof a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The Rev. 12:3, 9; 13:4, 12dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.

The Beast I saw looked like a leopard with bear paws and a lion’s mouth. The Dragon turned over its power to it, its throne and great authority.
