The Family of Hosea

2 When the Lord began to speak by Hosea, the Lord said to Hosea:

*Hos. 3:1"Go, take yourself a wife of harlotry

And children of harlotry,

For *Deut. 31:16; Judg. 2:17; Ps. 73:27; Jer. 2:13; Ezek. 16:1–59; 23:1–49the land has committed great harlotry
